As we approach the holiday season, we want to inform you of our upcoming hours of operation and how they may impact your rentals:
- Closed November 27th – December 1st: Our office will be closed for a short holiday break, but we’ll reopen on December 2nd.
- Early Closure on December 23rd: We’ll be closing at 2:00 PM to allow our team to enjoy the festivities with family and friends.
- Closed December 24th – December 26th: We will be closed for the holidays, resuming normal hours on December 27th.
- Early Closure on December 31rd: We’ll be closing at 2:00 PM to allow our team to enjoy the festivities with family and friends.
- Closed January 1st: Our office will be closed on New Year’s Day, and we’ll reopen the following day.
Impact on Rentals: These closures will affect when you can pick up and return your rental items, but they will not affect your rental cost. You’ll only be charged for a 1-day rental for the entire period. You may pick up your items during our open hours and return them during open hours as well.
No Will Calls or Phone Calls: During our closed periods, we will not be taking any phone calls or will calls. However, we will respond to your inquiries as soon as possible once we’re back in the office.
For emergencies with our equipment, our emergency line (206-337-5793) will continue to operate. Please note that this line is for urgent issues only, and the staff answering it will not be able to edit contracts, discuss pricing, or make any modifications to your rental agreement.
